Poljana is a bay and a village on the island Ugljan, a continuation of village Preko, situated south-east from village Sutomiscica. Poljana is one of the smallest places on the island Ugljan, bounded by the picturesque peninsula of St. Peter with a Romanesque church of St. Peter from the 13th century and rows of houses on the other side, always surrounded by landscaped gardens.. Many wells, water resources and a large number of sunny hours are the reason that here during the summer and winter grow many kinds of vegetables and fruits.

Preko is a small picturesque town located on the island Ugljan. The town’s infrastructure is made up of typical Dalmatian architecture (country houses, preserved untouched nature, beautiful Mediterranean landscapes, and crystal clear water with both sandy and rocky beaches).
Numerous bays provide ideal opportunities for sports such as sailing, surfing, water skiing, and snorkeling. You will experience the Mediterranean at its best while you take a stroll along “Lungomare” or by sipping on your favorite drink from a terrace overlooking the Zadar channel.
