On a residential area of 950m2, guests have on use three floors with 6 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, 4 large living rooms, 4 professional kitchens, 2 terraces (each 120 m2) with unique view of Kvarner and Kvarner bay, park with pool, garage for two cars, 8 parking spaces.
The house has five entrances, 11 air conditioning units and many other features of a residential category such as dishwasher, washing machine, dryer. WiFi is available throughout the property..
Guests have also on use:

Notes:
The house can be rented in full, and there is the possibility of renting apartments - one ore more apartments at a lower price.
In certain cases the owner reserves the right to reduce the number of bedrooms to 5 proportionally to that of the bathroom and living room. but the number of possible guests to stay with stimulation remains!

Rates
The price of renting the whole house for up to 16 persons is 700 € in the high season (Jun, July and August) For long-term rental we approve discounts of 30%, 50%.
For renting the holiday house longer than a month, we approve larger discounts.
The rental price of one-bedroom apartments for 4-6 persons is from 135 € to 390 €, for long-term rentals we grant a discount of 30%
For renting the one-bedroom apartments for several months, we approve larger discounts.

The house is located in a quiet and peaceful location, surrounded by woods, to the center of Opatija is less than 3 km away by car or approximately 12 minutes walk on landscaped stairway.
Opatija (Abbey) is an elegant tourist destination, the center of Opatija Riviera and town with the longest tradition of tourism in Croatia. Opatija is situated below the mountain and Nature Park Učka, and thanks to the mild Mediterranean climate with fresh breeze from Učka, Opatija is a great choice for holidays all year round.
